‘Dakbong Bongchu Jjimdak’ is a dish that's perfect for when you're tired of holiday foods, with its savory and spicy sauce. Using Harim's ‘Jayeon Sillok (Natural & Organic) Antibiotic-Free IFF Dakbong (Chicken Drumstick)’, it features tender and juicy chicken drumsticks as the main ingredient. Adding various vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and onions further enhances its richness.
1. Soak the flat rice noodles in water before cooking.
2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together to make the braised chicken sauce.

Mustard Dressing: 20g Japanese Mustard, 2 tbsp Water, 3 tbsp Vinegar, 1 tbsp Seasoned Soy Sauce, Some Sesame Oil
